hi all. I feel like I have gone back 4 years. I haven't had too many problems with my for the last couple of years but over the last week it has been unbearable! I have had to start using my crutches again to steady myself. I am really struggling, I am starting the menopause and am having a very heavy period. I was just wondering if this was the cause of the set back.
