in Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
Hi can anyone tell me I have had a letter from DWP and ESA3 form about underpayment due to me will this possible large sum of money affect my current ESA award or will it be OK thanks.

    If you receive a back payment due to the change from IB to ESA,  if it is over £5000 then it is disregarded for the duration of your claim

    OK thanks read somewhere DWP tried to cover it up and also use it as excuse to close peoples claims saying they had too much capital.
