I've got my ESA tribunal

I've got my ESA tribunal this Wednesday and I've got somebody helping me out this time around, they're like a solicitor as they work on a no win no fee situation and I've been informed by them that in their opinion I've got a very good chance. Can you go back onto ESA if you win your tribunal? Even though I'm on universal credit

@Funkimunki17, hello what percentage do your representative works at if you win, how much of the back pay do they claim if you win 30%-40% is he, she a professional person who knows about the benefits system??

They'll get 30% if I win, yes he does know about the benefits system, I found them on the Internet they're called 'Benifit Answers' and because of them saying that I've got a very good chance of winning the tribunal this time round, I feel a bit more confident.
