Is a brain injury classified as a disability

    I would think that any decline in functioning of ability would be the disability. Disability would be the result of the injury, not the injury itself.

    I have to agree with cracker here.
    I had a brain injury myself years ago and was not considered disabled.
    Its the effects it’s having now that are disabling .
    Also i would think it would depend on the severity of the injury and it’s decline in function .
