Hi peeps, don't know if I can be classed as disabled, I'll let you decide... I have a serious benign tremor, and I'm a chef, so not ideal really. Using knives is getting a bit stressful now. I'm looking to retrain as anything. Does anyone have any advice on where to begin please?

Thanks for the response and welcome. Any work at all, except driving and anything with sharp objects. I used to be a civil servant, but it's really hard to get back in.

Have you thought about other jobs within the food industry? As a chef you must have so many skills and lots of experience that could work well within another role in the industry?Scope
