    Hi,

Reporting a worsening of condition does trigger another assessment and more PIP2 forms will be sent out to you. You'll need evidence to support your claim and another face to face assessment is most likely because most people have them.

When are you due for your review?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Those fears and worries are what I and my wife face. I was dropped to standard care but advance mobility. the face to face and brown envelopes leave me in fear. We are in no doubt that had i contested the review I could have got advanced. I was on high for both for around ten years. My conditions only get worse with additional problems.
