Hi there, I had my form stating I may be entitled to back pay for 2012-2014, I’ve returned the form to them. Does anyone know how long this takes to process for a decision currently?

    Hi,

At the beginning DWP gave an estimate of around 12 weeks but there's now a massive backlog and it's exceeding that time for a lot of people and some have waited as long as 20 weeks. All you can do is wait, i'm afraid.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
