Hi I'm 39 and have illnesses from A-Z and I feel quite isolated. I'm on benefits and struggling to meet people. I want to go for coffees and lunches out. Any like minded peeps out there?

Are there any suppory or social groups local to you? Facebook’s usually a good place to start.
