Contradiction in pip assessment report

Hi I have been reading through my pip report at the Justification for descriptor choice and on some for the daily living the assessor states receives CBT with a primary care mental health service was withdrawn with slow movements and then when it comes to the Justification for descriptor choice for planning and following a journey the assessor states that I am not receiving imput from any specialist mental health services not tense or withdrawn at assessment and did not have any difficulties coping with assessment. Not sure if this would be a case for an MR and maybe tribunal appeal

Hello if you did or have not got the award that you think you should be awarded by reading your assessment report then a MR looks in order if it's just to upgrade a point or two to get an or the correct award. Remember mental health is difficult to judge an make an opinion and award in relation to the PIP descriptors.

Some of the aids I have were designated as a need by a Social Work/OT who assessed me, yet the assessor & the DWP stated that they were a choice hence no points? Strange how they can look at things from a different perspective.

A contradiction like that is pretty good grounds for an MR. Would it get you an award or increased award?

I can't see how. Without a written report from SS which is the norm unfortunately for many, having the aids means nothing other than I have them. The deciding point I suppose is do I need then to make the activity possible or would I want them to improve my abilities beyond what I already can do.
