@Singing. Why what gives you concerns that the tribunal hearing needs to see your bank statements?? It’s about PIP not your financial situation.

I agree with wilko. Why would you think they would want to see them? It's not a court, it's a Tribunal.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Just things that people say to me, I experience quite a lot of challenges in myself assertion and my rights, Things that people have said are that the government can look at all of your bank statements when they are deciding what you are entitled to. I don’t have any money in there, I just wondered if they were going to look back and see What or how I spend my money and then decide based on that.?

A couple of people have said to me that the DWP can retrieve personal bank statements and then make decisions based upon that. As I say I don’t have any money so, I just wondered if they were going to look in to my bank account? And then make personal judgements, because I have experienced being judged on a personal level.

Please rest assured that PIP has no interest in your financial situation and will not want to see your statements
Be all you can be, make every day count. Namaste -
This post does raise other issues as well. If a claimant says that they no longer have a driving licence in order to avoid the questions about having a licence but no longer driving, do the DWP have access to the DVLA driving records?
