I've been going through my paperwork yet again ready for my appeal in a couple weeks and just noticed that in the DWPs reply to my appeal that they have stated that I should be aware that my points can be reduced at appeal. I find this a bit threatening and wondered if this was just generic DWP response. TIA .

    Hi nikkif

when you appeal they will look at your whole award and there is a possibility that you could lose some or all of your award. However, the judge should let you know if your current award is unsafe and give you the opportunity to withdraw and keep what you have.
