Esa underpayment

Hiya ive recieved a letter today about my esa claim from 2.12.11 to 09.10.15 which replaced my incapacity benefit. Ive filled in the form and sent it back but im just wondering if theres a way to work out if im due anything myself so they dont fiddle me out of anything lol. Thanks

    Hi,

    For that then you would need to contact an advice agency near you for face to face advice. Be eligible for Income Related top up will depend on your circumstances during that time and it's impossible to answer that on a forum because no one know your circumstances.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
