Thank you a little advice please -
You cannot claim Disability Living Allowance and PIP at the same time. You can apply for a blue badge online and as long as you meet the criteriaDisability Gamechanger - 2019

Hello @Maclin Pleased to meet you. Sorry to hear this .
I believe there are changes around Blue Badges invisible illness or certain conditions , disabilities.. Are being counted. Have a look on the news webpages for further details and information.
You could reapply. Even appeal any decision I am sure you can.
Might be worth speaking to CAB for additional advice..
Just a thought.
Take care.
