good evening all

a bit shoert notice, but I have my assment tomorrow any thing I should know or any help would be good, I should have had one a while ago but they called me the day before and said they had to cancl due to a sickness

    I'm sorry you weren't able to get any advice before your assessment today. I would say the best thing you can do is be completely honest, take your time before replying and really explain how your capability for work is affected. Years ago the commonly given advice was to discuss your worst day and relate everything to that, but that's strongly advised against now.
