Hi I started my claim for UC in July 2018 as I had an op in Nov 2017 and was unable to retutn to work and was put on half pay for 6 months and zero pay for 6 months my contract was terminated on the grounds of ill health on 16th June 2019. I have handed fiit notes into the jobcentre but have not been called for an assessment is this because I was still employed.

Hi @Lynneh. When did your 6 months at half pay end? Depending on the amount this is, they may have viewed it as you working more than 16 hours a week and confused the referral. Do take Hart86's advice though and give them a call.
