Was your request for a WCA home-based assessment refused?

Options
Despite sending a letter from my GP saying I can't travel and needed a home-based WCA (I'm already in the support group with disability income guarantee), my request was refused and I got sent a letter saying they will provide a taxi (the centre is over 90 mins journey), which in inadequate for me anyway as I can't travel that distance due to my medical issues.

I've read online it seems Maximus have been refusing valid requests for home-based WCAs - so I was wondering how many people here have had their requests refused and what you did about it (did you travel?).
