Hi can anyone kindly advise me?

I’m claiming ESA CB & I'm in the (SG)
are my husbands self employed earnings relevant or not ?
Should I sign the ESA3 form stating no entitlement

Thank you

Received my letter today from DWP stating my scored (0) points for both care & mobility.
I have an acquired brain injury & in receipt of benefits since 1993
This is 2nd time I have received 0 points since 2002.
I was awarded a life time trust fund  & I receive CB ESA SG £116.65
& DLA £ 58.70 middle care & £23.20 lower mobility I claim no other other entitlements.

Should I challenge or except DWP decision

I'm assuming you are transferring from DLA to PIP and this was your PIP decision letter?

Hello @gomonacco6768. PIP and DLA are awarded differently, so having one doesn't mean you'll automatically receive the other when you transition from DLA to PIP. If you feel like the decision is incorrect and you should have been awarded more points, you should consider appealing. The first stage of this is to put in for a mandatory reconsideration.
