Hi everyone. I had applied for PIP and turned down on my mobility side of it even after a tribunal. Does anyone know how long I need to wait to try again??? I was awarded the basic rate but its the mobility side that effects me the most. Many thanks for your help in advance. X

    Hi,

There's no timescale that you have to wait. As you've already got a PIP award then you won't be able to re-apply. You can report a worsening of condition and they will send you more PIP forms but do be aware that you do risk losing everything you already have by doing this.

Before reporting changes you should get some face to face advice from an agency near you. Good luck.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
