Well my Anxiety was going through the roof this morning and whilst I was waiting to be seen but I soon settled once the meeting got started. The Work Coach was amazing and very accommodating she took the time to listen to my issues and concerns that I have going on in my life at the moment. She passed some very helpful information for me to explore and try out that may help me with mainly my mental health issues which I think could be beneficial in the future and my next appointment will be in 6 months time. Thank you for the support I received I'm ever so grateful.???
