Change in circumstances

Hi I currently recieved enhanced rate living. Back in may I done a change in circumstances as my mobility had got bad. I got the forms went to assessment and phoned them today to be told I was awarded enhanced (no change) to daily living but now get mobility standard rate too. As it was a change in circumstances will that be backdated from when I informed them ? Or will it be from the date the decision was made. I'm so confused with it all. Some say i will get backdated as it's a change in circumstances some say it will be from date the decision?? Thank you

Hi,Great news. It should be backdated to when you reported the change of circumstances.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
