Question about wheelchair/cushion set up

I was very fortunate to get charity funding for a Progeo wheelchair which has changed my life as my previous one was too big and heavy. When I picked it up I bought the cheapest cushion which was okay but not perfect. I have since had a cushion supplied by the NHS and am starting to get low back pain. I'm not sure whether I should go back to my wheelchair dealer who is excellent but not local or if the NHS would help. I don't know if the cushion is unsuitable for me - it does have a lot more bulk at the front than the back which has almost none. Or if I would need the seat of my chair adjusted. I would be very grateful for any advice.
