Hi all, I am new here, just wondered if any advice on requesting reasonable adjustments to an Employer.

Examples of reasonable adjustments include:
A lowered desk for small workers
A work coach
A spellchecker or dictionary for those with dyslexia
A calculator for those who have poor numeracy skills
A wheelchair accessible building for those who need to use a wheelchair
A change in mindset for employers
