Hi, I`m enjoying the letter change game that`s running...but can we add a new game please? Our English language is a funny one to be sure,...the way the same sounding word can be spelt different ways or pronounced differently, to give another meaning entirely.
If it is ok to start a new game, can I kick off with......
train......to educate or a vehicle which runs on tracks........someone else have a go, yeh?

season..........as in spring, summer, autumn & winter, or to add flavour to food by adding salt, pepper, herbs or spicesIf you enjoy word games you might look at Freerice.com where there are several quizzes. I like the one where you see a word & have to click on one of 4 word(s) below that to choose the one with the correct meaning; the words getting progressively harder! The great thing is the equivalent of 10 grains of rice are donated for every correct answer you make.

This game reminds me of the English Language Poem. It's quite long so here's the first stanza.
'Dearest creature in creation,
Study English pronunciation.
I will teach you in my verse
Sounds like corpse, corps, horse, and worse.
I will keep you, Suzy, busy,
Make your head with heat grow dizzy.
Tear in eye, your dress will tear.
So shall I! Oh hear my prayer.'
The English language is a strange thing indeed.Community Manager
