My new `friend` Gail, the social Worker has just left. She`s very nice. We went through and filled in a check list for Continuing Healthcare funding. I got 2 As, which means another meeting will take place to see if I qualify.
One of the referrals she made, for a PIVOTELL medication dispenser, reached it`s target, as I have someone bringing one next Tuesday.
The 2nd referral hasn't got in touch as yet...for sleeping issues.
No word yet on how much more care I`ll be entitled to.
So far so good!

Thank you for giving us an update @pollyanna1052! This all sounds really positive and I hope the second appointment goes well. Do you have a date for this? We’ll keep our fingers crossed!

No date yet. The meeting will be at my house, with a medical professional and an NHS funder. Not worried about it xx
