Hi,I really wouldn't worry about them contacting you constantly now they have a contact number for you. DWP have had my phone number for 7 years and they've never bothered me.To be honest, it was more than likely a coincidence that you've been sent another work capability assessment form after contacting them in the past. You can actually be re-assessed anytime from 3 months.I know it's difficult but try not to worry too much.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
