I've had mental health problems for over thirty years and despite seeing many therapists still am no nearer to getting it solved

    I try to get by each day the best I can..I have no support other than my partner..I'm having a really tough time at the moment..my intrusive thoughts are running smock and I can't decide on anything anymore.
