Hi,Any pension you receive will affect any means tested benefits you claim. If you're claiming Contributions based benefits then any pension you receive that's more than £85 per week will affect your benefits 50p for every £1 over that amount.I note that you asked this question in March this year, did you get some advice as advised in your other thread? fee advice is available from pension wise https://www.pensionwise.gov.uk/en/benefitsMore advice here https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/debt-and-money/pensions/nearing-retirement/what-you-can-do-with-your-pension-pot/AgeUK is also a good place to ring https://www.ageuk.org.uk/
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
