Specialist team - what does that mean?

I won my Tribunial on 23 Oct , I rang dep today they said it was with specialist team, what does that mean

    HI and welcome,

    Great news. It's most likely with a decision maker but it can take 8 weeks to receive backdated money owed and about the same time to put your award into future payment.

    They will contact you before they release any backdated money and ask you questions about any recent hospital stays, which is standard procedure. Hopefully you won't be waiting much longer.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
