TURKEY POTATO AND ZUCCHINI RAGU A SLOW COOKER RECIPE

Hello every one this one of my favourite simple easy Slow cooker recipes.
Using Turkey a few cheats and healthy for you.
You can precook the ingredients or add to the Slow cooker. Not cooked.
In Italy the combinations of Potatoes, Zucchini or Courgettes is a lovely combination.
Others are Potatoes and Red Peppers.
Aubergines and Potatoes.
INGREDIENTS.
Turkey fillet diced up a pack.
Jar of Pasta sauce your favourite.
Spices Paprika, Fennel Seeds.
One teaspoon of each.
Italian mix dried herbs one teaspoon.
Chillies used half a teaspoon.
Stock chicken tub, or cube or granules made up. To use, might not use all.

Potatoes baby ones or use a tin, adjust for numbers. One Zucchini or Courgettes same vegetable buy Yellow and Green.
Or use Frozen some supermarkets sells them sliced. Or use anti Pasta jars drained roasted , drain and add.
Use Chicken seasoning available in all supermarkets. Combination of herbs, spices, salt and pepper great to season . Use a freezer bag.
METHOD
In a freezer bag add diced Turkey fillet  add Teaspoon of seasoning. seal up and shake leave.
Add Potatoes, Zucchini and Pasta sauce, herbs, spices stock to a bowl add Turkey mix and then layer up.  Add a portion of vegetables then sauce then meat and so on . 
Not too full.  About an inch or more from the top.
To slow cooker, on low four to six hours.
Or you can precook everything medium heat and again follow stages layer everything up as mentioned before.
