Has anyone else faced this?

This is my story regarding my wife's assessment by capita regarding her pip claim,the health professional who interviewed my wife wrote an absolute load of rubbish regarding to her appearance and capabilities,every little detail was twisted and a complete annihilation of her illness.my wife has several mental issues she is bipolar and a manic depressive also has a severe eating disorder and suffers panic attacks,the interviewer wrote ,quote her appearance looks normal,normal I wish she was, she has no teeth and has to be constantly told to wash and change she is giant and frail and if I and family members didn't cook or prepare food she would eat a packet of crisps or biscuits,the interviewer stated she had no mobility issues another lie she has to be escorted she panics if the doorbell or the telephone rings and she will not answer them having three psychiatric hospital internments countless electric shock treatments she improved,the 're employment officer got her into  employ work for disabled not for my wife she got sacked for having panic attacks. So having like thousands of disabled people had this so called interview when the tribunal date arrived we were due to go on holiday so rang capita who informed us the tribunal would go ahead in her absence the tribunal wrote to my wife informing that they could not make a decision as they required doctors reports and recommended that her attendance would be in her interests and they could ask her questions naturally from that letter we assumed we would be informed when the tribunal sat not so the next correspondence we received was the final decision my wife had no points for anything surely we should have been informed of the tribunals sitting then we could have attended or is my dearest one of thousands railroaded by this scandalous scheme has anyone else been hung to dry by this direct assault on the disabled
