Hi I’m Loukas and I’m transgender female to male I’m autistic I’m pigeon chested  and I suffer from severe anxiety manic depression irlins syndrome gender dysforia  Claustrophobia mental illness due to abuse insomnia coccydynia and paranoia

    Hi @Loukas - Welcome to this community from me too. I do hope some of the links thespiceman has given may be helpful. You're the first person I've come across that's pigeon-chested. My youngest daughter had this, whilst my son is the opposite, & has pectus excavatum! So it's nice to 'meet' you.
    I can identify a little with coccydynia, as I find sitting painful due to neurological problems, but also had 3 bad falls which probably didn't help.
