Hello every one this is for those who do not wish to have a Curry this is one I use.


Using Spices aromatic and chilli flakes. Add some Kidney beans a Ragu sauce with Carrots diced.

Use a Slow Cooker boneless Chicken Thighs.

Leave it alone easy to do and lovely warming this cold weather.

INGREDIENTS

Pack of Chicken boneless skinless thighs
One onion diced.
One Large Carrot diced
Passata with garlic, herbs 500g.
Chicken Granules make up used half a pint.
Spices Ground Coriander, Paprika one teaspoon each.
Chilli Flakes or use Chilli powder or use Chilli sauce use your discretion
How much you wish to use.
Chicken seasoning is something I use has Salt, Pepper, Garlic and some herbs, spices.
Good to enhance flavours. 
Tin Kidney beans drained.

METHOD

Freezer bag add a measure of the spices seasonings add Chicken Thighs seal shake.
Add to slow cooker.

With sauce use a blender.  Add onions, Passata, stock cube or granules blitz up.

Or use a bowl to mix together.  

Portion sauce and Carrot diced up to Slow Cooker then add portion kidney beans drained.

On low four six hours.
