Hi @gamekid77 - Welcome to the community, 'tho I'm dreadfully sorry to read what's happened to you, as well as the problems yourself & children are already facing. It must be frightening that your ex-partner who did this to you lives so close.I don't know if the following links may help, but sending just in case: https://www.victimsupport.org.uk/https://www.womensaid.org.uk/the-survivors-handbook/your-legal-rights/ Please look around the Women's Aid website, in case there's more info that might better help you.Perhaps someone else here may have better advice, but I'll ask one of the Scope team anyway to see if they can help you in the morning.

@Chloe_Scope - Would you kindly advise here if you can, thank you.

Hi @gamekid77 and a very warm welcome to the community!
I am so sorry to hear this, it must be frightening with them living so close. Are the police aware of this? If you ever feel in danger then please do not hesitate to call 999.
Thank you to @chiarieds for providing links to Victim Support and Women Aid, I hope these are helpful for you.
Also, here is guidance about domestic abuse from the government website.
Have your children ever been involved in this? You are very brave for speaking out and please do let us know how you are.Scope
