Hi everyone ?.. just wanted some information. I’m appealing my case am taking my case to the tribunal as I wasn’t awarded any points 0 on everything even though I suffer from epilepsy and have seizures especially absent ones where they can’t remember what I’ve just said to someone or be away with the Fairy’s. I’ve given a lot of medical evidence from my specialist nurse. I received a letter from HMC with letters from DWP. One of the letter says the i have discriptor points. How does that work I haven’t even been invited to go to a tribunal just yet..
please if anyone can help as I’m so confused ?♀️. Thank you all ?

HI and welcome,I'm one of the community champions here on scope. Are you saying the letter you've received from DWP is an award? If so then sometimes they do award you before a hearing takes place. Does it state on the letter what you've been awarded? If you're not sure then you'll need to ring DWP tomorrow when they open.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
