Please can I suggest with any mental health issues. Contact the following mental health charities.
They all offer floating support, advice, information on your wellbeing, health and mental health.
I would advise also all charities are there to support you with anything like benefit issues and problems. Any additional guidance they can offer.
All charities offer coping methods and strategies to help you cope with any of your issues.
Including Nutrition, and Diet, Sleep, Medication and a number of any other health issues.
Advise you on that.
I used all the following.

They might not be in all areas.
Please you can self refer on website add your Postcode or speak to your GP.
Please if I can add further and advise some little bits of guidance and information, might help you.
I have anxiety myself and use my own knowledge and experience.
Have got Nutritional and food qualifications.
Some ones to avoid Caffeine found in Teas, Coffees, Cola, Chocolate.
Caffeine is a stimulant if anxious reach for these. Make it worse as continue to use.
Alcohol a major problem, reach for a drink thinking it help me.
Makes it worse as I know my self.
Have an addiction history. Clean and sorted absenteeism but have mental health help advise community.
If you think your consuming alcohol and think might be.
Your not alone in this and be supportive.
Offer helplines , information contact me.
Alcohol asked all the time confusion a lot. Consumption and anxiety any other mental health issues.
