PKD and constant UTIs

hello, I have pkd have constant Uti’s my dad has it just waiting for my mum to have her scan. My youngest son has it and he only has one kidney his other was removed when he was 2. I’m struggling and the moment with the pain and uti other than taking antibiotics and painkillers does anybody else have any suggestions that could help plz

Hello ami2301 the pain has reduced mainly a dull ache all the time. I have an appt end of march hopefully get to know abit more and what is happening
