Hi my partner is going to be in receipt of lwcra by the looks of it by his assesment report.what am querying is the 3 month wait.he reported sick note when we started claim on uc credit on the 11/10/19 so would his 3 month wait time be up on the 11/12/19 or 11/01/2020. Tia

If the decision is LCWRA then because UC is paid in arrears the extra element will be paid from your February payment.
Hope this helps and good luck with the decision but they do usually go with it.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please.
