Hello

I believed that I am suffering from multi-types of Attention deficit disorder on top of my cerebral palsy and these includes Type 3 Overfocused ADD, Type 4 Temporal Lobe ADD, Type 5 Limbic ADD, Type 6 Ring of fire ADD, Type 7 Anxious ADD

These types, the core ADD symptoms are compounded by trouble shifting attention and the tendency to get "stuck" in negative thought patterns and/or behaviors. In addition, there are often symptoms of longstanding mood issues, mood instability, lower motivation, irritability and often memory or learning issues, plus symptoms of being anxious and overly sensitive to the environment.

I been stuck since at the start of the millennium, although I achieved my first degree in 1997 and an pg cert in computing.I had numerous rebuke from LEA that left me neglecting from the labour market.

I will be grateful to take any advice.

Thank you
John Lee

Hi @Johnlee1095 - Welcome to the community & thank you for joining. I'm not sure what advice I may be able to give. It doesn't seem like D. G. Amen's 7 different types of ADD is widely understood yet here in the UK, & some may say it's a hypothesis as it doesn't seem to be corroborated by others working in this field.
Now that's not to say it's wrong, as I know with one of my problems (Chiari 1 Malformation), a few USA neurosurgeons were more than a decade ahead of ours here in the UK. So whether you're seeking a diagnosis, or further evaluation of your problems, I would imagine it would be best to discuss this with your GP, who could refer you to appropriate specialists.
If you're hoping to get back into working, there's some help & advice about that here on Scope's website which may be helpful.
I'll also ask my friend @thespiceman to advise as he has a great understanding of some of the mental health issues that as you say are compounding your problems. He will be able to provide you with some resources, which I hope you find helpful.
If you have any specific questions, please do say, as others may be able to advise.
