Since my ESA was stopped in April 2019 I claimed ESA to JSA transition but was forced on to UC. A division they made today is what has brought me to ask for help and advice here. I am sure my case has to be the worst ever and if I could post letters or screenshots here you would wonder why it has taken 11 months with no change or apology from DWP UC.

Hi and welcome,May ask i what advice you would like please? I have extensive benefit knowledge and would be happy to help you. Posting screen shots or letters is possible but you will need to hide all of your personal details because this is a public forum and you posts can be seen by anyone.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi @PGN67 and welcome to the Community. It is nice to meet you. As @poppy123456 has said above, she does have extensive benefit knowledge which is excellent and would be best to guide/advise you so please feel free to pose your DWP question to her when you are ready. Meantime, I hope you enjoy your time with us and find our site to be helpful. All the best.Winner of the Scope New Volunteer Award 2019.
