Hi, @jessica16xx welcome to the community and thanks to @thespiceman for tagging me into the conversation.  There are many options for children's pushchairs. An Occupational Therapist would be the best person to recommend a suitable pushchair, your grandaughter's paediatrician should refer her to one for assessment and it should be possible to receive one through the NHS but the wait time can be quite long.

In  the meantime here  are some ideas of what is available:

    Hi @jessica16xx,
How are you? How are your family? Welcome to the community and thank you for joining us. Please if you have any questions then do ask, there are many lovely people on the community and we are all here to support each other. I am sorry to hear of the diagnosis of your granddaughter's health conditions, as @Richard_Scope has said an Occupational Therapist will be able to advise you on suitable options. Please let us know how you get on. Thank you.
