Review period 9 months

Received my assessment report, awaiting decision, points seem good, but it assessor said appropriate to review claim in 9 months due to nature of condition and that as i have been referred for ongoing specialist input, functional changed may occur.
Then, in the 'is it likely that the functional restriction identified in the report will be present at the recommended point of review' question she has ticked Yes
Bit confused, does this look like i will only get award to 9 months, then go through all this again. I thought it was awarded for a year or so at least?

    HI,

The shortest award is 9 months, if they think changes could happen after this time. You will need to wait for the decision to made but they do mostly go with the report.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Okay thanks, bit disappointed, i found the assessment thing pretty stressful, to think i would have to do it again after just 9 months :(
