Washing hands when you only have one

We are told, in these covid-19 times, to wash our hands with soap and water.  There are even useful videos to show us,

But what are you supposed to do if you only have one functioning hand?  My right arm has spasticity which causes it to be permanently parked on my chest.  I do wash my left hand, but only the parts that I can reach with the fingers of that same hand.  Ideas?
