Morning all, I new hear and just lost my  job. I now so worry about work, and fedup doing agency work.

    Just warehouse work. I just apply for lots of jobs. I been so run-down last couple of weeks, with stress of work and worring about the virus.

    Please if I can add always a good idea to make a list of your skills and abilities consider other avenues paths.

    I was a long time admin worker administrator good pay but fed up bored stressed.

    Knew would not last.

    Advice made a list looking at my skills abilities, talents, or lifestyle.

    Hobbies can become employment sources self employment one, done that for ten years own boss.

    I am aware that stress is a sign of mental health and anxiety.

    If that is happening then you need to be honest and open with yourself.

    Please speak to your GP who can offer a range of solutions and answers.

    Think about your health and consider looking at other options.

    If you are suffering anxiety please look at these website. Mental health charities.

    All offer floating support.  There help with employment problems difficulties and benefits related issues plus welfare health.

    Might not be in all areas.

    The charity Richmond Fellowship works with employees with supported assistance.

    One other important relevant point often do employ clientele as support workers.
