Hi @samreen22 - As face to face assessments have been suspended due to the Coronavirus pandemic, claims are now mainly done by a phone assessment instead.

Hi Darren I am in same boat as you started pip New claim 28:2:20 txt msg from DWP 26:3:20 saying received form and await further details now 16:4:20 and still nothing DWP are hopeless ?

it will take longer now while all this is going on My husband has been waiting for his appeal for nearly 12 months Hes got it is telephone appeal for pip on 27
