Hi - @Swindon51 welcome to the community - it’s good you are reaching out! I think you will get more help from the PIP board and also @Joanne_Scope. It might be worth calling them again, getting back in touch with the CAB or even putting it on Twitter (sounds silly but it works). If you are having financial issues you might also contact the Money Advice Service 0800 138 7777. Let us know how you get along.

Hi @Swindon51 - Welcome to the community, & thank you for joining. I'm sorry to read about the difficulties you're facing. Unfortunately due to Coronavirus, if this was your first PIP claim, it could take some time.I wonder if you might try the following benefits checker to see if you are eligible to claim any additional benefits.See: https://www.entitledto.co.uk/ there is also some info on their website which may be useful.Scope also has benefits info. See: https://www.scope.org.uk/advice-and-support/benefits/I hope this helps, & please say if you have any more questions.
