I am a wheelchair and disabled access taxi company based in Broxbourne in Hertfordshire. I would like to get some advise from you guys on where to promote this service for potential users within a 10 mile radius from my base.

Look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks

Chris

Hi @WheelchairWizards - Chris, and welcome to the Community.  It's nice to meet you.

I'm sorry, but we are unable to promote your service on our forum, but have you tried advertising your service for disabled customers on the internet, maybe via social media such as setting up a Facebook page for your business?  Or do you already have a website you could advertise this service on?  It is a really good idea to advertise this service as some disabled people struggle to get into taxis and they aren't always accessible so great to hear that yours are.  I hope you get lots of custom from disabled people in your area anyway and wish you well with it.  All the best.

If they were open, I would suggest libraries, GP surgeries and hotels/restaurants
Otherwise looks like it will have to be on line.
Good luck and thanks for trying to help.

Thank you Chloe. I am doing well. Several of my private customers and a couple of Care Homes have suggested I use you to let the people in my local area know about my service. However I have been told I cannot do this here so I am confused. Chris.

Hi @WheelchairWizards, Have you tried creating a Facebook page? It's a good way to advertise to your local area.
