I've NEVER been into exercise bar a few physio exercises in the past but there was something about going into lockdown that drove me to look into seeing if I could find some exercises that I could do and I discovered the world of seated exercise!

I've settled at doing 12 - 15 mins of Kris Saunders Stowe's aerobic workout every day [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZclQ6iCeUT0], I did a variety of his other work outs but this one has a good variety of movement and gets my heart going [I've even bought a Fitbit HR - words I never thought I would utter in my lifetime!].

For me it was important to find a duration I feel I will sustain doing long term and that doesn't trigger too much pain.

The upshot is that by doing daily exercise and watching what I eat I have lost nearly all my excess flab [about 12lb] from my upper arms, thighs and stomach, which I feel great about.

I must admit I used to hate it when people banged on about exercise but I can honestly say it's the best thing I've ever done as I feel better about my body shape and it just feels good to be that bit lighter...
