Hello, my name is Jahan Miah. I'm from South Shields and I am 21 years old. It's a pleasure to be apart of this community and I hope that you are all doing well during this unfortunate circumstances.  

It's always important to keep ourselves occupied and connected, and appreciative of one another during these times, so we can all have a positive mental impact in each others lives. I hope that through whatever struggles you are going through, that you know that there's always someone there to support you through it.
