Hello everyone, how long does a pip review on the telephone last please?

it takes around an hour to an hour and half

My OH had her renewal done over the phone in December it took no more than 15 minutes and they give her a decision there and then.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Had a telephone assessment 01/05/20 and it took just over a hour to complete.Times will vary based on conditions.

yes @jcalderwood, i must agree, everyone is different with different descriptors and i had to use the toilet half way through, i drink lots of water daily, and i had to take meds too, welcome to our community

Can I also ask how long it took from when they contacted you about the review to the phone assessment, I'm just guessing it's going to be a phone assessment due to covid ?

that varies from area to area depending on how busy they are, they seem to have switched staff to deal with the large number of new UC claims.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡
