Advice on cushion for buttock pain

I injured my left buttock few months ago and I was wondering if you could recommend me a cushion I could use. The painful area is from the bottom of my spine to the left sacral bone. I tried a hard doughnut cushion with a coccyx cut but I found it too hard and it made the pain worse. I think a softer cushion would work better for me but I couldn't find one apart from garden chair cushions (which I tried to use 2 on on top of another).
Just thought to ask you ask you as I'm sure there must be better ones out there so I could sit for longer.
Many thanks.
Many thanks.

Hi @Miky_P and a warm welcome to the community!
Is it a wheelchair cushion you are looking for or one that can be put on other seats?Scope -
Hi Mike P
i got a soft doughnut type cushion from Ableworld. It cost less than £10.00. It had a covering on which I removed, as this now allows me to sink into it, or lie down and support my hip. I also use it in the car as it cushions me from the hard seats. Hope this helps. -
Hi Chloe,
Many thanks! I am looking for a table chair cushion, not for a wheelchair one.
Hi Bowland, thank you. I'll look it up. -
Hi @Miky_P, how are you doing?
I have found this orthopaedic cushion which can be used on a chair or a wheelchair. It looks like it would be supportive and help with pain.Scope -
Many thanks, Chloe.
